2002 Thermostat Replacement resulted to no turn

I need help, I have 2002 Mini Cooper Base. Service Engine Soon light came on. Used the OBD scanner and code came up to replace the Thermostat. The housing looked fine but thermostat did show. I replaced it and now my car won’t turn. I checked everything including the battery, relay, computer connections etc. I am stumped.

I removed the battery then safely removed the computer. Removed the intake to get to the thermostat.

What did i do wrong?

Check the pins on your ecm connection. Make sure you did not bend a pin.
