Description:

I wanted a nice clean Carplay setup to take the place of my nonfunctional nav in the R53, but didn't want to butcher the lower center console area. I prototyped and 3D printed this housing to work with an Android phone, and figured out how to get the adapters to work with both CarPlay and power at the same time. Everything functions, you will just need to download the app and your gauge app of choice (Torque and RealDash both work phenomenally with the included OBD2 reader. I really just want what I put into this since I am not keeping the car, I don't care about making money off the design, printing, or wasted parts that I cannot use lol. Some of the pictures are prototypes / just to show things working, but the main photo with the time and date is the latest version (featuring a working power button on front for sleep / wake / power)

You will need the Mini aux adapter to get this to work fully with audio, and will need to salvage the warning chime portion of your Nav (mine didn't work, so I don't have it) in order to retain full functionality of your gauges.
