R56 Manual Transmission Bracket Mounting bolts

Are the three mounting bolts that hold the transmission mount to the body torque to yield? The manual says yes and Mini says no.

I’d be really surprised if those were torque to yield.

The body bolts are not torque to yield, but the recommendati9n is to use the latest version. The center nut is a torque to yield and should be replaced.
