ABS Fault codes D5D90

Hello guys ,
Few weeks ago i made the r53 to r56 trailing arm conversion .
Before this there was no trouble codes .
Since this conversion i have the codes below.
i put on the new arms the R56 sensors and new SKF bearing with magnetic flange .
When i check the speed in datastream it's look like the 4 sensors are see by the car .
is 0.64km/h a normal value ?
any idea about this problem ?
Thanks a lot

Thierry

It could be the 2nd gen sensors.

I’ve read conflicting info on the conversion with some who did it saying they work, and others saying they don’t. Not sure if needed or still available, but adapters to mount the 1st gen sensors in the aluminum arms were available from a member in the UK forum.

Maybe it depends on something like whether the car is pre or post face lift, or a late 1st gen with 14mm hubs.

Hope to find out what the solution is as I have some aluminum arms waiting to be installed.

The thing to know is the 1st gen sensor are reading at 7mm from they screws and the 2nd gen are at 10mm from they screw .
And to be correctly in front of the magnetic ring it's 10mm, otherwise it could be ok but not sure .
length is the same on both , electronic is the same
