2002 Mini Cooper base models R50
02 MInI Cooper base 1.6l manual
164k on dash 23k on rebuilt motor
Lots of parts replaced on this car
The good:
New top end gasket kit
Cylinder head
Timing chain
Water pump
Harmonic balancer
Alternator
Battery
Clutch kit
Cv axles
Front control arm bushings
Brake rotors and pads
Front and rear wheel bearings
N1 style muffler
Stereo head unit and speakers (Bluetooth)
The bad:
Rust spot on passenger door
A/c has a leak. Runs for a few days before losing pressure
ABS light goes on and off intermittently
Looks like oil pan gasket is starting to drip slowly
Miles will go up as I still drive it. But a great commuter car I drive 100miles + a day in it
