brake alternatives

I don't cheap out on my parts, but I don't see why brakes on the JCW are so ridiculously over priced. Has anyone had any experience with PerformanceBrakes? Company has been around for a long time, but that in itself does not mean anything.

Are you comparing big brake kits? Or just complaining in general?

JCW brakes are made for your car. Other aftermarket brakes are fitted for your car.

TCE has some Wilwood offerings:

They will sell you a front and rear kit for $3000

Although the JCW upgrade kit is half that price:

Options Here: https://www.ecstuning.com/Mini-2015-.../Braking/Pads/
Rotors: https://www.ecstuning.com/Mini-2015-...raking/Rotors/

We have stoptech, EBC, DBA, ECS , etc.. these are all good brands and I run these on both of my MINIs.

Track day brake pads for 2016 F56 JCW with factory Brembo brakes - having trouble finding track day suitable pads to fit. Anyone have suggestions? Part numbers?

I just ordered some rotors and pads from R1 concepts. I know they get some good reviews and I have used them in the past with good results. they were half the cost of other places so I guess I will find out if they can get it right.
