Can someone explain the plaque on my 2006 Mini Cooper S?
Hi there! I just bought from a private seller my very first 2006 Mini Cooper S model and I would like to know what all the terminology means on the plaque? Thank you for any information.
In my understanding its basically a sticker showing it meets EPA standards for legal import to the US. Canadian cars would have a similar decal denoting acceptance of Canadian emissions. Hope that helps.
