I'm gathering parts, such as bolts I want to replace, for installing coilovers on my 2013 CMS All4 with about 75K miles. RealOEM shows something called a damping washer that goes on top of the mounting plates for the rear struts. It's number 14 in the image below. Do these need to be replaced? How about the bump stops? Replace or reuse? Thanks.
