hk amp wiring harness

I'm trying to upgrade the amp in my hk equipped r52 and I want to use the factory wiring so I don't have to waste time re running wires through the door. The stock wiring confuses the hell out of me though. Does anyone have a diagram to help me with my confusion? Not sure which wires go where... Also, I'm planning on keeping the stock headunit; does anyone know how to connect the headunit to an aftermarket amplifier? What kind of output is it?

I found this but I don't really understand it... Could someone help me make some sense of it? I know there should be four wires going to each door, two for the tweeter/mid, and two for the woofer. And then there's four wires going to each woofer in the back because dual voice coil, right? How do I identify these?

Thank you guys so much :D. That was really helpful, one thing I'm still confused about is the input from the stock headunit, where are the wires to plug into the amp?

The HK amp is in the boot behind the trim panel.
