I received a couple of PMs asking to list some of the press kits I kave.
Here are some:

1. First press kit MINI cooper Sept. 2000 Paris.
2 . First MINI Media information press kit Oct. 2000 U.S.
3. MINI press kit at the NAISA 1/2002 Detroit auto show. Intro. of the MINI S model.
4. MINI press kit Detroit MINI Cooper Jan. 8, 2000
5. MINI Press/Media kit From Michael (MINI communication manager) and Andrew Cutler (MINI communication specialist)
This was sent out to the press announcing the MINI S before the LA. Debut in 2002,

Some other crazy stuff.

First MINI Cooper brochure printed by BMW, Plastic/spiral bound first maybe 30-40 pages, this was in 2000.
Printed in germany (english)

Same as above, but for the UK.

The limited edition UK press book with disk # 128/2500 also in 2000.

Also the large press kit from Rover when they intoduced the Mini back in 1990. First it was BMC who manufactured in 1952, the Rover in 1990 then bought by BMW.
This is there "30 years of Mini" with the introduction of a limited model of 1000.
This press kit give the complete history of Mini and all the models and designers

I have a bunch of early brochures and posters if needed. and willing to trade or sell if needed.
That is some of the junk I have collected..

 

Has anyone been to any of the Auto shows to see if they have any Press Kits there? I know the Pittsburgh Auto Show is this week but I didn't get there yet. Just wondering what goodies (like media kits, brochures, etc.) might bee there.......
