Doesn't seem to build very quick.

My wife's car has been running a bit down on.power and trying to track it down. Only reaches 8 psi boost and that is after a long pull and quick gear change and then may hit 8 psi. Just looking where to start looking for issues.

Have you tried looking at the intake piping after the turbo and trough the intercooler up to the throttle body for leaks. The loss in boost could be from loose connections as that piping is only held on by hose clamp like clamps

I have smoke and pressure tested every line and hose on the car. Not a single leak anywhere, I was hoping to find something like that.

If you have checked for boost leaks, have you checked your divertor valve? There was a member that just blew his out a few weeks ago.

Pressure side leaks, and the diverter valve is new 300 miles ago.

If you haven't already I'd invest in a OBD2 reader from Amazon, they're cheap and have helped me a lot with my mini. Aside from that I'm not really sure what else it could be, maybe the waste gate on the turbo is faulty? If I remember correctly, it supposed to diver the exhaust fumes so the turbo isn't over spinning.

You're saying the pressure/boost side has leaks?
