I have a problem, changed my valve cover and timing guide thing, put it all back together started it and it ran for 1 second and died. Hasn't started again and I have no power at fuses f02-f05 engine box.??

"---timing guide thing ---"??? I suggest you compare what you did to the procedures specified here --- https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/ Maybe you can figure it out for yourself. Generally, changing the valve cover is pretty straight forward. Biggest problem is deciding what to do with the "attachment" in the middle of the back side.
Chances are, your "timing guide thing" is your problem. Let us know a better description?
