Hi all, just registered here so am new to this. I have a cooper D 2007, just removed stock radio and fitted a pioneer deh-x9600bt. Unfortunately i couldn’t acquire a harness so i cut the origional block off and rewired each individual wire that i needed to my pioneer. This turned out to be a colossal pain in the butt but after 5 days got my pioneer how i wanted. However now when i put my key in and press the start button, after the engine has started there are about 6 loud beeps with a giant exclamation mark on the dial behind the steering wheel, this only lasts for a second and then goes off but is very annoying everytime i start the car. Also the parking sensor beeps have stopped coming through. Any info would be greatly received. Many thanks. (I have googled an R56 wiring diagram but unfortunately the listing of coloured wires are different to the ones that i have behind the dash)
