09 N14 cooling fan not turning on.

Sorry to beat dead horse, been looking through post after post.. Issue is.. Cooling fan will only work when Temp Sensor is unplugged . I've replaced the fan assembly and the temp sensor. Fan does not come on when AC is on either. I can see the temp rise with my scanner (creator C310+).. Car will overheat and shutoff.. Approx 108C. I will admit neither part are BMW... Ive swapped all the relays around and checked every fuse.. My current thought is DME.. But would appreciate any further help in diagnosing the problem.

Stupid question, do you have enough coolant in the car? And is it properly bled? The temp sensor is in the thermostat at one of the highest points in the cooling system. So if there isn't enough coolant, the sensor is just sitting in air and isn't going to turn the fan on.
