Found a new G Plus intercooler on eBay for $142 shipped. Took 4 days to get to me and we had a nice day today so...FYI had to move the outside temp sensor and it’s a tight fit but she’s in there nice and snug.

 

Looks nice, I've had a G-Plus intercooler in my R56 for about 15,000 miles at this point, just painted black. Keeps the intake air temps locked around 2 or 3 degrees above ambient when cruising and I've never seen it more than +12 degrees above ambient when I'm really giving her the beans. I've been a happy camper with mine
