I have a 2019 F57 convertible with the factory bike rack option. Car looks, drives great and love the bike rack but it sounds like a sewing machine instead of a sports car. Looking to add the JCW exhaust/tuning kit for a better sound and a little more horsepower. MINI says will not fit on this car due to the 3AR bike rack option. Has anyone installed the JCW exhaust/tuning kit (11122359631) on a F57 with the factory bike rack option?

It is a cooper S. Usual exhaust with two pipes in the middle

 

Ok, so finally found out why a JCW pro tunining/kit exhaust cannot be installed on a F57 with the factory S3ARA bike rack prep option. Turns out the bike rack electrical module occupies the space under the trim on the right side of the trunk that the Blue tooth module and wiring that controls the exhaust valve needs to go. Dealer is contacting engineering to see if there is a work around. Wish they could just put a direct switch on the exhaust valve somewhere!
