Apron under bumper has come loose

2012 Mini Cooper R56. I pulled out of a steep drive and the black apron snapped under the bumper came loose. Does anyone know how to fix this. It looks like it should snap on, but it does not hold. Was there something, like a cap, or screw that was holding this?

Goes on the side near the passenger side and has a couple speed screws.

Or something else? Like the lower lip? Is this a Cooper or and S?

The part that is hanging down is on the driver’s side. I will look to see if it is all one piece. It is hard plastic under the bumper
It is aclassic R56. Not an S

If u are referring to the bottom plastic lip that goes across the whole front, u may have broken the tabs that hold it in place. There are about 20 plastic rivets that clip to the bumper, but 1 plastic arm on each side that u screw through into the bumper from below. If you clipped a curb and ripped the black plastic part off, I am pretty sure that the tabs are broken. Take it apart and you may be able to super glue the tabs back together. I had to do that when I bought mine for this same reason. If you cannot repair them, I believe you need a complete radiator shroud assy...as it is all one part.
