Bargain $500 Mini-Power steering

Jumped back here from my build thread for a quick question. As the subframe was out for LCA bushings, I removed the rack and pinion to clean it up and replace the hoses. I drained the oil from the tank and the hoses but most of the oil probably remained in the rack. I didn't remove the high pressure lines.
After re-installing, can I just fill the reservoir and turn the wheel back and forth or is bleeding from somewhere involved?

Thanks,
rob

yup, just fill the reservoir, and turn the wheel from lock to lock a few times, keeping an eye on the fluid level. It's best to do it with the wheels in the air.

Yes just refill it and turn back and fork several time then when you start the car do it some more until it bleeds out all the air.
