Tips on Rear Seat Delete?
Now that I know it's called "delete" and not "removal." 🤦*♀️
I'd like to remove the rear seats from my 2011 Mini and make as flat a floor as possible back there (it's for my dog, larger items, etc). What exactly is a rear seat delete "kit" going to do for this process? I see they are about $250. Does it come with a flat floor to put on top of the missing-seats space? It's not clear from the kit description online.
I'm also looking for any tips, what to avoid, etc regarding getting a flat surface back there. And yep, I'm 100% committed (did the same with a 4-Runner and never regretted it).
Thank you!

Not sure on what's available for Gen 2 cars, but when I looked for seat delete options for my Gen1, I wasn't happy with the price or the product.
Mine needed to be solid enough to support a 120# Malamute. The commercially available option weren't up for that, so I built my own, lined below
Husky44 Rear Seat Delete
I would recommend this route.
