2012 CM R60 All4 Cooper S Auto Transmission Maintenance

Hi
Automatic transmission needs any maintenance, oil chance etc?
If yes when?
My service said that have to chance oil 120k km, is it right?

Hi, I changed mine today, same car with 126k km and yes it was needed. Fluid was dark and the magnets in the pan had some crud.
I used 4 liters and a new filter and gasket.
