Jack

I don't know if it's all the new Minis but the convertibles don't come with jacks anymore. I know we have runflats and we don't have spares but I just felt weird not having a jack "just in case" so I got one from OutMotoring for $67 and I feel so much better now. You just never know what might come up.

I know I keep posting on the hatch section but the convertible section is a ghost town. LOL

My 2019 MINI Cooper S and it also does not come with a spare or jack. I heard it's because the exhaust on the S models take up the room where a spare would go? And it keeps the car lighter so better fuel economy? It seems crazy to me, honestly. When I was talking to the salesperson about it, she made it seem like I was the crazy one. "Just use the runflats or call roadside."

Anyway, let me know when you get the jack in and how it is. I just quickly looked at the site (since I was thinking of getting a jack/spare) and only saw a USED jack for about that price. So I'll be awaiting your comments.

Yes I got the used one and it's in very good shape, you wouldn't know it was used. I just put it and the little "tool kit" in a black canvas bag in the little cubby back there and now I'm better prepared. There could be a time when you can't call roadside and can get a temp tire from somewhere LOL
