R55 Sub-woofer

Hey guys, I looked around and couldn't find definitive answers so, I'll ask here. My R55 has a stock audio setup and I really wanna get a bit more bass out of it. Is it possible/easy to install a woofer using the stock stereo? I saw threads for doing it with the hifi system but, couldn't find anything for the base audio system.

Any recommended cheap, thin woofers and ideas where to mount them would be greatly appreciated too!

Thanks all!

This is what I have and fits under the passenger seat and wired to the speaker wires (hi level input) in the footwell. In Phase Car Audio USW10 300W.

@Scudder44 What make and model did you get? I've been looking for one to fit under the passenger seat of my R55 and can't.
TIA

How do you wire something like that in to the stock stereo? That's the biggest concern I have is the how. *fairly amateur with that sort of stuff*

RR - rear right
RL = rear left

MTVR- GE/SW FR-
MTVL+ SW/RT FL+
MTVL- SW/VI FL-

GE yellow
VI violet
BL blue

In the footwell, behind the pannel there is a connector block with all the speaker cables. I took the tap off after the connector. It is tight in there but if you remove the inner plastic sill cover carefully (held on with plastic clips) it gives more access. I tapped into the rear speakers. 4 connections - RR+ RR- RL+ RL- . All the cables came with the In Phase speaker and I used push fit tap connectors.
