Mini Cooper S rough idle, P115C: carbon deposits? Harness?

Hi all,

Recently got an interchange yellow convertible an now in the process on getting it roadworthy.

Issues were a CEL right when I drove off the parking lot where I bought the car (oh boy). Code is 115c. Car has a new MAF (thanks again, seller... you could have told me...).

Today I removed the throttle body to clean )somewhat dirty and found the harness damaged (close to the intake, was rubbing against it).

I looked at the diagram and it looks like a sensor wire.

Had to take the intake off because I couldn't get the cleaned throttle body back on, and while in there looked at the valves.

How bad is this? Could that also be a reason for a P115C?

Anyone with a mobile walnut blaster setup in the SF Bay area that I can throw money at?

It does look quite carboned up, not sure if the code has any bearing on this.

Done a quick search and people with the same codes reference it tp throttle body.
