Needs new/rebuilt engine, no compression in cylinder 1. The car runs but not really driveable. Exterior condition is very good. Small ding on the passenger side. Some scratches from normal wear and tear on a car with 88k. Interior condition is very good. Driver side seat has more wear and tear. JCW wheels have some curb rash. Non-matching tires on the car (2 rears are Dunlop runflats while the fronts are Michelin Pilot Sports)

History:
Purchased the car at around 52k and now has 88k. Timing chain and water pump was replaced at 29k. New clutch was put in at 51k. HPFP was replaced at 52k.

I’ve done the following maintenance/replacement since taking ownership 6/2015:

• turbo inlet hose
• window cowl
• Koni FSDs
• Powerflex front control arm bushings
• Interstate battery
• NGK spark plugs
• turbo oil feed line
• oil filter housing gasket
• Zimmerman brake rotors front and rear
• EBC red stuff brake pads
• brake fluid flush
• after cat oxygen sensor
• left drive axle
• front shock mounts
• exhaust valves due to burnt #2 – all replaced under 3rd party warranty, carbon cleaning done at same time
• oil coolant crossover hose
• valve cover
• thermostat housing
