Northern Bay Area Mini Club
North Bay Area, Northern California MINI Club
Welcome to Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts new forum, thanks to the great people at North American Motoring.
Our club caters primarily to those living within a one hour driving distance from the Petaluma- Healdsburg area, although we encourage anyone to join who wishes to from anywhere. Our monthly runs will be open to everyone unless specifically noted otherwise.
This is an informal club with no dues, attorney, or liability insurance. Participation in group events is definitely at your own risk, therefore all drivers must have adequate insurance and a valid drivers license. Unsafe driving is not encouraged or endorsed.
Our new web site and domain name are up. Please use the online membership registration at http://redwoodempiremini.com/members.htm. You can sign up for our mailing list, runs and meetings at http://minicooper.meetup.com/2/events/.

Our web site is up. Not all of the links work yet, and I still have a lot of work to do on some of the pages, but we do now have a home. Please visit out new site at http://redwoodempiremini.com and let me know what you think.
Just a quick update.
Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts now have 100+ members! Although the club was formed to serve enthusiasts living within a one hour driving distance from the Petaluma-Healdsburg 101 corridor, including San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Lake and Mendocino Counties; we also have many active members residing in the greater Sacramento Valley area as well as the south bay and peninsula areas.
Our Sacramento Valley members also plan social get-togethers for the local members as well as plan runs for the entire membership. Our group is active with at least one significant run every month. Runs often are between 120 to 170 miles in length. We also have occassional field trips like our recent tour of the USS Hornet docked in Alameda, and overnight events like our Trinity-Shasta-Lassen run planned for June and or Lake Tahoe Run planned for September.
