Starts, Revs, then Dies

I have a 2008 Cooper none S, I bought 6 months ago for my daughter, the car had the timing chain rattle at the time and I bought it cheap, the car started but ran rough. Pulled the head as 2 valve seats had dropped. Head is reinstalled new timing set and spark plugs, it starts and runs fine for 5 to 10 seconds then dies, if i rev the engine within the 5 to 10 sec time frame it revs fine, but when it reaches the end of that time frame it dies straight away, if i start it and let it idle, when it reaches the 5 to 10 sec mark it spits and sputter really rough for another 3 to 5 seconds then dies. there are no engine code that i can find with my ODB2 adapter and Torque, I have a Schwaben code reader for MINI on the way. The fuel pressure stays between 51 to 54 psi, all connections appear to be connected and to the right places. I am at a loss at this point, is there a low oil pressure cut off? and I have changed the crankshaft position sensor. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please throw them my way. Thanks in advance.
I have not put any coolant back into the system at this point?

Fill it up with coolant and bleed it --- the ECU gets very unhappy when the coolant sensor detects nothing.

That did the trick, after adding coolant and reassembling the air box it ran rich for awhile and fouled the plugs and uncovered 2 coils that are weak. When the coils get in I should be good to go. Thanks you very much.
