airbag and rollbar deployed on 2010 mini cooper s convertible

will this keep the car from starting up, moved after accident to park and now it wont do anything.

battery is good, won't turn over.

Did you check the battery cables? There is usually a part that explodes on a serious impact disconnecting battery.

Here's a thread that might help: Help! Airbags deployed & my car won't start!

It looks like the car not being able to start is a safety feature for the occupants and first responders.

Yep, my guess is it needs to have the dealership rest it and you will have to fix the airbags and such.
