Valeo Clutch Kit - Test Drive?
Are there any Southern California MINI owners out there that have installed the Valeo Clutch Kit and would be willing to give me a test drive? I'm debating installing it, but would prefer to test it out before taking the plunge.

I just installed on my R53 and its way lighter than the OEM, easy on traffic, still under 500 miles break-in period.
The only reason i changed is i thought i score on LSD from other Mini owner but came to find out its not a true LSD he said its from 2006 JCW, he refund my money though.
As far as the Valeo im happy with it, i have extra set i don’t know what to do with it because when USPS delivered the box was torn and the throw-out bearing was in pieces.

I like the fact that the clutch is softer since that would make nightmare SoCal traffic more tolerable. My one concern is that people have said the clutch engagement is more harsh requiring more precise shifting. I'm not sure that's a trade off I'm willing to make.
