Lug bolts too long?

I recently bought a 15mm spacer kit from ECSTuning. The fronts went in just fine, and so did the back right spacer. However, the rear left lug bolts don't seem to go in far enough to tighten the wheel to the rotor. When I hand thread the bolts in, both stock and the new longer ones, they only go about .5mm past the rear of the rotor before binding up and stopping. It's the same on the rear right rotor, but for some reason that one went on fine.

Are the lug bolts supposed to freely go all the way through the rotor? I can't see any differences between the rear left and rear right rotors, spacers, bolts, or wheels so I have absolutely no idea why the rear left one doesn't get tight enough but the rest are fine.

any help is appreciated.

Get a tap of the proper size and carefully chase the threads. Use be sure to use cutting fluid or at least some oil on the tap.

Ok cool, I just ordered a tap and will report back if it works or not. It's possible that since the stock lug bolts never went all the way through that the last thread or two got super rusty and that's what's preventing my longer ones from going all the way through.

Tapped the threads today, and it worked like a charm! The lug bolts go in super smooth now. I'm probably going to go and tap all my other rotors just because of how much nicer it is to put my wheels on. Thanks for the help guys!
