Navi, BT, Cell Phone, USB - missing in menu

Hello everyone, i have my MINI only one week - 2nd gen, made 11/2010. It is equipped with Navigation system Business, USB, BT cell phone connection, Mini Connected, DAB tuner and line-in. I buy it from Germany, there everything was working fine. All functions are available through menu on screen. I took it to Czech republic and I lend it to friend of mine to make all necessary - first registation, check-in and emmisions. It was working fine. When I take it back, I try to play some music from system, so I plug USB flash drive into USB port in glove compartment. But no media was detected and no new entry in menu. But i don't remember if in this moment all things missed from menu or not. But now, I have no NAVI, no Cell Phone, no USB, no DAB items in menu. I'm trying to search whole internet to find if it is possible to return it back, but with no success.
I don't know if something stopped working or these things are only hidden.
Is there a way how to diagnose itself? Any tip?

I upload pictures as it looks like if it was working and now.

Thanks a lot.

Everything was working

Now

In Mini connected there is only phone numbers in submenu.

Ask your friend if he messed with it.
Did you try disconnect the battery and reconnecting it?

My friend tells me that he wants only to switch language, but he wasn't successful. There is German, English and French language in menu, but it is not possible to switch it. I think that it is in German language. I'm not sure if it was messed by me of by my friend. I will try to disconnect battery today in evening. I hope it helps.
Thanks

Keep us posted.

Also the USB in the glove box is for SW update. You should be using the one in the center console under the windows switches.

I've tryed to disconnect battery - minus (ground) contact. After 5 minutes I connect battery back and turn on the radio. Radio starts to play from CD, same track and minute, where I was stopped it. In menu there is no change :( I am thinking, that I left it disconnected for short time. Or something goes wrong :(
