Rear Seat Delete Kit F56 JCW

After the MTTS 2018 Rally last month I decided it was time for my next Mini Cooper project “taking out the rear seats” in Mini terms also known as:
“The F56 JCW Rear Delete Kit”.
It was defenitely time for more space in my car 🚗
And since this Kit is not officially on the market until this fall, with no tools nor skills I desperately needed help. So I called my friend Alan and asked him if he was up for the task. Mind you, Alan has been building and working on race cars since he was 12 years young. So who better to ask. I was so excited when he said “YES”!
Of course we picked one of the HOTTEST days in Arizona for this production: 115 F 🌞🔥, but we didn’t care, we just wanted to get it done. Thankfully we worked in the shade in his garage with a fan on full blast! The project was complete sooner than I expected.
Alan even personalized the Kit and autographed it for me.
I added some glue and automobile carpeting & voila’!

I’ve had my rear seat delete for over a year. Mine is the prototype for the one Sneed4speed sells.

Very nice brother. I contacted Aaron from Outmotoring who referred me to ShraderPerformance and they were telling me that these kits aren't out until this fall. Anyway it was a blast building one from scratch.
Any idea where I can get a rear upper (interior) stress bar for my F56 JCW ?

Haven’t seen any of the rear strut bars for the F cars. Chris Sneed made my kit to finish off the rear after he welded the roll bar in. Before that I had searched several times for the rear brace, but to no avail. Sneed4speed lists the polycarbonate rear seat panel on his website. Minnie_vinnie has one in his car too. Your solution looks great too, by the way.

Guilty as charged! - https://myredmini.com/rear-seat-delete-kit/

Man, I am racking my brain, there was an Italian company that sold those rear strut bars. I remember they were super expensive though. I thought I had the site saved but apparently not

Thank you so much for the info and looking into it. Any suggestions on roof racks ? My 2018 F56 has a normal roof with no flush rails.
Cheers

Here’s a rear strut bar for you. Comes in CF or stainless steel.
