What kind of tires are these

car is bumpy and often times I hit bump and steering wheel wants to turn into cars next to me... I read threads and hear run flats...
Sorry for background- it’s getting tinted as we speak.
are these run flats? Sorry girl here ... this is new to me :-/

I think if its a run flat, it will say RFT somewhere on the side wall. Take a closer pic.

They look like GoodYear EfficientGrip tires which come in regular and runflat versions. GoodYear labels their runflats as ROF(Run On Flat) tires so check the sidewalls for the ROF designation. Also, if they're the original tires and your car didn't come with a spare, they're probably runflats.
