Sirius not enabled, is it even installed ?

I bought a used 2014 F56. Sirius keeps sending me promotions to activate the radio - they have the radio ID on the promotions. I actually tried to activate Sirius, but there was no satellite source available on the audio unit, so I had to cancel the subscription. Sirius said this was because the Satellite module was either not installed or not functioning.

I checked my VIN at bimmer.work and it shows this:693Satellite Tuner Preparation
I have seen other threads where they needed an FSC code to enable their satellite radio, am I in this situation? Do I have the satellite module? Is there a way to physically check if it is installed? If it is installed do I need to get an FSC code to enable it, or should it have been enabled by the 693 option above?

Thanks in advance, I'm confused.

693Satellite Tuner Preparation means all the hardware is installed.
Its just not activated on the MINI side.

Yes, you need an FSC code, and programming.

As Ive mentioned in other posts, a coder can get you a legal FSC code, and code it in.
Mine was $160 for the FSC code, and $100 to code it in. He bought the code from a BMW dealer in China,
perfectly legal.
Called SiriusXM, and got my free introductory year courtesy of MINI!

I was worried that I would lose it when the dealer did a full recode, but its permanent.

I might be a little confused on this but it would seen if I have all the equipment already installed when I bought the car on Friday, why would I need to find or buy the FSC code when Sirius tells me I am already set up to transfer my account to this car??? Sirius verified when I gave them my VIN. When I go to the "Radio" in the PIA Center Control ... HD is not listed, only FM and AM but when I push the control **** to the right and scroll down it does show HD is checked.

The last time I did this transfer after trading cars it took less than 5 minutes to hear the transfer worked. Today ... here I am searching this forum for an answer.
