Ran into a ditch.. Car started misfiring / no power Shop says High pressure fuel pump
Snowed here... I met a car on my side of the road.. took the ditch rather than hitting them head on. Got the car out of the ditch under it's own power.. Had 9 fault codes a severe misfire and no power.. Cleared fault codes and got it to work where I realized it had a small bit of body damage to the front bumper too..
I took the car to a shop to repair because it wasn't my fault I hit the ditch in the first place.. They called to replace the high pressure fuel pump for the misfire and suspect the turbocharger finally gave up for the low boost / no power codes..
Does this seem logical to everyone??
