powerflex bushings

i currently purchased lower engine mount & transmission mount bushings for my r53 mini. is it okay to install those bushings even though mount rubber is little ripped?

You should replace the mount.
But I have seen people not do it and use the inserts as a band aid.

the mount is cheap so I'd do it right
