Just trying to find a good shop within driving distance of Richmond. The couple of mini shops I spoke to here had never even heard of a 17% pulley swap. They were just foreign car repair shops. So you know I'm not taking my car there.

How far is driving distance for you? Chris at G3 in Raleigh (3 hours for you) has a great shop and may know some shops up in your area.

That's what I was going to ask. You're a couple hours north of me and G3 is about an hour and a half south of me. Would probably be less if you took I-85. Make a day of it. There's a good pizza joint next door and a great sushi place and a Steak and Shake within a couple minutes walk of the shop.
