Interior lighting bulb swap options?

Hey guys. I did a search and not much came up so here I am. I'm continuing to order many things before I even get the car because that's half the fun.

On my R56 I changed out all the interior bulbs to red LEDs. Can I do the same on the F56? If so, what are my options? Has anyone else done this? I assume there are not any lighting errors like what can potentially happen with exterior LEDs. Anyone know bulb type and count?

Thanks!

Best,
Gene

Here's the technical data for the interior lights (this is for my F55, but the F56 should be the same): https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...ing/1VnXrIKnNq

I was thinking of swapping out to LEDs also. But a number of them already are.

Thanks Coop! I'll swap anyway as I want them to be red. Red screws with the night vision far less.

Best,
Gene

There is like 2 main leds in the interior for Ziza. So you have the glove box and trunk.

On the outside its the back ups, front parking lights ( if no factory LEDs). And then those rear fogs, but the rear fogs work better with halogen bulbs as its the way the reflected light in the housing and most LEDs make is no better then stock.

How would you even change the vanity mirror lights? They seem completely inaccessible.

We looked at removing them and they were hard to pop the covers off without breaking them. So we did just the other accessible non-leds bulbs.
