R50/53 Dyno Curiousity
What brand dyno?
Rule of thump is f you increase the boost by 15 PSI you double the HP of an engine. You added around 5 PSI so 5/15 = .33. You do not mention the year but at 161 HP of the early models, and as you increased boost by 33%, the result would be around 214 HP. Talking at the crank, not the wheel.

With a loss factor of 85%, the 214 crank HP equates to around 181 whp. There are three dynos that are around. The dynojet and the mustang use a system where the wheels are left in place where the dynapack removes the rear wheels and the hubs attach to the pods.
The numbers will vary so what is more important IMO is having a baseline performed before you do any mods.
Back to the pulley, that extra 5 lbs of boost compared to the cost of pulley is why most will say it is the best bang for buck.

For years the going dyno number with the 15% Pulley, CAI and maybe exhaust, was around 200 HP at the wheels. As mentioned above it some what varies depending on Dyno Brand... If your already at 190 HP and the car has not been tuned you may get more then that...
