I have a 2nd gen Cooper S gas cap with the Chili Red trim.

I vinyl wrapped the door in gloss black. Overall it looks pretty nice but there's a not-so-good seam on the backside of it under the handle part. You can't see it when the door is closed but you can when it's open. You could either try to fix what's there, cut it out and patch in a small new piece, pull it all off and you'll have a chrome door, or just leave it as is.

EDIT - NO LONGER VINYL WRAPPED, BACK TO CHROME

Includes the gas cap as well. My car had about 38,000 miles when I removed it, the vinyl is probably a year old.

Bump. I removed the black vinyl. It's back to chrome now. I'll have new pics in the main post soon.

Also, it should fit R55 and R56 cars.
