Got a warning of a low battery and the battery in my fob with a new 2032. After the change, I'm still getting intermittent warnings that the battery is low. Could it be that something has to be reset to clear the warning? I'll try another new battery but curious if others have experienced this.

 

It is just replace battery, see owners manual. If not working try as you suggest a different battery. Otherwise I suspect the fob is bad. How about the second FOB, does that work properly? If not then the internal antenna in the car might be bad.

 

Thanks for the reply. Got a new one and it looks like the issue is resolved. Guess it was just a bad battery.
