Xenon-HID headlights

Have any of yall tried these conversion bulbs in your Mini? I chatted with a rep and she said they will fit my '09 with no modifications and will not blind oncoming drivers if adjusted properly.

Or these?

Is you car currently with halogen headlights?
If yes, there is no way to not blind oncoming drivers...

You can do this option and get a focused pattern and will not blind oncoming traffic if you have factory halogens.
