Pirelli P-Zero 205/40 18" Runflats - 1 tire has bubble but holds air no problem

These came on an R56 Cooper S I recently purchased
And I do not like black wheels
Wheels & tires have 7,100 miles
They were $3800 add from dealer - have receipt

Would you separate the tires from the wheels and just sell the wheels?
