'08 S, Convenience working intermittently
Tried with both fobs, and with new batteries in fobs. Owned the car since its birth.
Driver door won't activate now with pushbutton on door handle, but passenger side will most times. Key fob does fine on its own, but the 'convenience' feature, which i have not used more than 20% of the time getting in the locked Cooper, is not working on driver's side.
Anyone seen this before, or seen threads on it (searched, did not find much).
Not a biggie, I can use the fob just fine, but if there is an easy fix, I'm all ears.
Adding to this - noticed that garage door did not respond as expected within usual distance too - wondering if vehicle battery might be sending me a message.
