Hey Humans I Bought A Paceman S 2015

Hi Everyone 👋

I'm reposting, but in this section of the site(sorry if you have already read this).

I have been obsessed with Minis ever since I recall seeing one in SF-CA back in 2005 and more so with the Paceman because of the cleaner liner design. With that being said I finally bought a Mini Cooper Paceman S 2015 with JCW interior, but it isn't the one of my dreams because I prefer a manual like everyone else 😂 (No one wants to give those 15s/16s up). It's still an amazing 🚗 and I want I to start investing in my little weekend car now. The car has only 17k+ miles slapped onto it so that's epic alone.

I am just wondering what is the best current intake, cold-air intake to gain the max HP, exhaust suggestions and anything that can help me gain at least 20 HP minimum for my Mini Cooper Paceman S 2015.

I'm open to all suggestions and I'm in SF, CA so there many shops to choose from and they all have their connections in terms of parts, OEMs, etcetera, etcetera.

Please comment on what you have done for your Mini and add links below so I can view sites and possibly make a purchase.

I added ceramic tinting and it was worth it for the price 100%. I did order custom calipers and when I receive them you'll see them not installed and then installed.

Awesome. Congrats! I just bought a 2013 Paceman S with 23k on it and will be looking to up-grade items. Mike

I think a minimum of 20whp is achievable with upgraded IC (~$550) + catless DP (~$350) + ECU tune (~$650). That was the route I went through with my '15 Paceman S. Heard from a lot of people that cold air intakes for the R60/R61 are a waste of money and are actually hot air intakes due to the non-existent working hood scoop to guide air into it, and that they will just suck in hot air from the engine bay. There are a lot of positive reviews on DoS CAI for the R60/R61 though. Unfortunately, they're out of business already.
