what are good high performance spark plugs for my 06 Mini Cooper s (R53)

I'm not sure of the exact specification for your model but I've had very good and long lasting performance with a couple of my previous European cars (BMW, Audi & VW) in the past using NGK & Denso iridium tipped plugs. Check out sparkplugs.com for a broad selection.

Get a set of the JCW plugs.....from NGK.

Here is the part number NGK BKR7EQUP

Is your car completely stock or does it have an aftermarket pulley?

These are 1 step colder than the OEM r53 plugs. They're on my car currently.
