The wheels are pretty scuffed up, but are usable and work fine. They were used for several winter seasons in Wisconsin on a '07 Cooper S. These should fit all Coopers pre-2014 (not sure about JCW). Also, for 2nd gen ('07+), these do not have TPMS, so unless you're an early build, you'll have to get TPMS valves installed.

The tires are on their last legs, but were still usable (better than all-seasons) in the snow as of last winter. You might be able to get another season or two out of them, but new ones would certainly be recommended.
