does it fit?

Does 235/45/17 tire fit on a stock 17" sport pack MCS?

Likely not. every report I've come across finds 225s (40 or 45) rubbing. Often even 215/45s rub. My guess is that 235/45s are gonna rub like crazy.
Sure would look good, though...

There are some 235/40-17 tire sizes that you can cram in there that are close to the correct overall diameter; assuming you plan on trimming the inner arches due the very wide width.

A 235/45-17 is just plain too big for this car. Why do you ask?

It fits our lexus rims..and they are 17x8.
