Any issues w/18in on my R55 Clubman S

Besides a stiffer ride will there be any mounting, steering or other issues with going from my current 17in wheels to a set of 18in JCW from an 09 JCW Cooper S? The 4 blot pattern is the same but will there be any fit issues?
Thanks for reading.
Mitchell

Nope, should fit fine and the ride isn't stiffer unless you stay with runflats. Get nice tires and the ride is about the same. (I'm currently running 18s.) Also, willtheyfit.com is an excellent fitment resource.

MADNESSray-
Did you notice a significant impact on acceleration? Considering some 18's for track days and autocross...can get a pretty good deal on some track tires right now...

Thanks Madness Ray,
these are the R105 and I'm assuming they have OEM rubber as the seller says they only have 60000 Km on them. The mini was in an accident with airbag deployed so he's parting out. Our roads are terribly maintained here in Halifax so I'm probably not going to notice much ride difference. I'm checking them out tomorrow.
Cheers

I did but that's because I went from 13lbs 17x7s to 23lbs 18x8s. That being said, it was minor because I have much lighter tires over the reunflats that were on the 17s. Also, I just put a JB+ on my car and it's faster now with the 18s than with the lightweight 17s and no tuner.

I do believe your stock 17s are about the same weight as the JCW 18s at about 22-23lbs so your tires will be the difference.
