Just picked up a new in stock at the dealer 2017 MINI S.
The color I picked was Lapisluxury blue but didn't come with a hood stripes. I looking at getting the signal aftermarket stripe that goes down the middle of the hood. Also thinking of installing the stripes myself.
I see a lot on eBay, but not sure about quality.

Can someone help me by recommending where I can buy the best quality aftermarket stripes ?

If you're looking for a white stripe I have a new set that I never got around to using. It is a single wide stripe with a narrow stripe on each side if you choose to use them. I special ordered these about a year ago and ended up going in a different direction. This is the style of the stripe.

For most folks, there is a local place that does 'wraps' and the like ..... they can make any stripe you want ...... and install it.

So far as DIY install .... ya know, I seem to be able to identify DIY window tint PRETTY DAMN easily ..... just sayin'
