I have an F55 2016 justah with MINI connected, HK system. I'm have a scratchy static like sound on the high frequencies when connected via USB. Happens when streaming various services and local stored music. Tried changing cables. OEM, aftermarket. Still happens. Bluetooth seems to work fine however sound quality is less so I would like to plug it in instead.

Things I've tried. Reset cache, hard reset. Re-installed apps, though it happens on all apps.

Any ideas before I bring it up the dealer? I read a lot online that it is a software thing on older iOS versions. Curious if anyone else is having the same issues.

 

T-Mobile is warranting my phone. Maybe that'll fix the concern.
